The Health Plan Promoters are your “Dedicated Helpers” for the Hospitality Plan

They can help you:

• Check eligibility for you and your dependents
• Find a doctor, specialist, or urgent care nearby
• Get answers about your medical, dental, and vision benefits
• Check your copays and co-premiums
• Get information about your life insurance
• Check the status of your claims and bills
• Sign up for the Participant Portal
• Get support during open enrollment
• Resolve reporting issues
• And so much more!

Meet the Team:

• Ailene N. – Supervisor

  

  Ailene is a leader with more than 20 years of experience focused on enhancing patient access, support, and empathy. She looks forward to delivering human-centered experience and culturally inclusive engagement services to you and your members!

• Katie J. – HP Promoter

  

  Katie holds a Master of Public Health and has over four years of experience in community outreach delivering impactful health education. She’s ready to help members get the answers they need to navigate their benefits and see a positive impact in their health.

• Brenda G. – HP Promoter

  

  Brenda has over 12 years of experience in the medical insurance industry, with a strong background in healthcare coverage and client support. She’s excited for the opportunity to get to know members and provide support everyone can count on.

• Robert (Bob) F. – HP Promoter

  

  Bob is a dedicated labor organizer with over a decade of union experience. He was part of the first group of Shop Stewards at Thunder Valley Casino and has been a union member since 2010. In 2019, he joined Local 49 as an organizer and now he’s ready to help members learn about their benefits.
